Well, there may indeed be a direct correlation between my binging over the holidays and lack of update. I gained 2.5 lbs over the holidays which is not so much in reality but SEEMS like a lot when I feel like I've really worked to lose it. Hmmph.
Also, quitting smoking for good. I was down to 2 or 3 a night (definitely a help with those nighttime snacking urges) but the boyfriend wants to quit and I've got to get on the helpful train since being undermined is no fun. I know since he totally undermined me the last two times I tried to quit.
Work is getting very intense. Not as much time to work out, which concerns me. Also WW online tools, the new ones, keep crashing my computer and the old ones are a little slow.
Whine, whine.
I'd really like to get down to 177 by the end of the month.
I'm also going to keep updating and face the music of my weight gain...
That's all,
FK

Keep going with the no smoking thing, will only make spinning classes and other things you try easier...
I'm back on the WW train here.. not liking it, but will get through, especially since I gained about 10 lbs since Thanksgiving... BOO HISS on me.
Enjoy your blog, keep it up.

Glad youre back!! You were missed. And 2.5 pounds isnt all that bad for the holidays. And I'm SOOO happy youve decided to quit smoking! That is the best present you could give yourself! So just hang in there and soon enough things will be looking up :)

Hooray for quiting smoking! It's been over 4 months for me. It's not easy, but it's worth it! I'm with Jeannie, 2.5 is not bad. It's fake weight gain if you get right back on track! That's what I'm telling myself!
