Yay! I'm down to 178! 15 lbs on the dot! Woo-hoo! Only 5 lbs until 10 percent goal and then I'm more than halfway there!
I was very good on plan this weekend. This week knocked me down energy wise (hello 60 hr work week!) so I walked a lot and slept a lot. I took my mother to a fancy-schmancy lunch at Perry Street for her birthday. The portions were tiny but the food was extraordinary. We had a really nice time and my boyfriend showed up and we all talked about the "religious issue." It went as well as it could go, which made me happy. Whew.
Last night, I had dinner at my boyfriend's aunt's house and she served chestnut paste for dessert. I didn't like it but I ate it anyway because it was this special delicacy from Switzerland. I assumed that it was similar to marzipan (fatty nut paste and sugar) and .25 cup of it was 7.5 points! What a fucking waste! Ugh.
I must learn to stop eating things that I don't like.
Anyway. It's nice to have a 4 day week, although I'm pretty sure that today is going to be a loooong one.
I don't like setting weight goals for myself but it would be nice to be at 173 by, say, Valentine's Day. It would be cool to celebrate the 20 lb mark with some sexy lingerie... :)

Congrats on the loss! Yee Haw! And I'm glad your mom was open to the religion discussion. I can't exactly understand since religion doesn't play any role in my life, but I know that it can be more of a problem for people's parent than for those in love! Good luck with that!
Your valentine's day goal is totally doable. Keep up the good work! I'm super proud of you Fiona!
