Brooklyn Fridge

February 09, 2007

I don't want to talk about last night and how we were at my boyfriend's aunt's house and dinner took FOREVER to cook and then when the pasta was almost done, we realized that bugs has infiltrated the pasta box. So then we had to cook more pasta and we didn't eat until 9pm (I've been up since 6am, people and was so hungry I was about to cry). So to tide myself over, I inhaled 20 Mult-grain Wheat Thins, cheese and ginger snaps. Misery! I calculated my points and I'm over, over, over the first time i've ever gone over my FPs so early in the week. And by so much!

If I have to come in to work at 7am next week, I'll seriously cry.

Also, i'm weighing myself on monday, no matter what.

And how about Anna Nicole Smith dying, eh? Weirdly, I was sort of sad.

Damn, you and food are not getting along these last 2 days. That sucks about dinner. You can't be held responsible for your actions when you get to that point of hunger. I think I'd even consider eating a hot dog (YUCK!) if I were that hungry...

I was sad about Anna Nicole too. I don't understand why, either, except that maybe she was always around to wonder about or laugh at, and now she's gone, and her baby will never know her or her big bro.

Oh no! That horrible pasta debarcle sounds... well.. horrible! You poor thing, I too would've inhaled nine times that amount of food if I was that hungry :-|

And MAN, Anna Nicole Smith. I was sad in a weird sort of way as well. Its almost like an anticlimax; "You mean thats it?" She would've given us so much more controversy/hilarity if she'd chugged on along. Though it IS sad that her baby will never know her; I'll say that without any doubt.

well - i don't really know you - but you're obviously in a funk - that's my scientific term for everything going wrong or at least seeming to go wrong.
but try to step back and look at it. not as bad as you think, right?

if nothing else, know that there are random people out here hoping you cheer up.

Girl, I'm joining WW meetings once I move. Can you counteract some of your points by working out? I know that it won't help a whole lot, but perhaps it will ease your mind a little.

Too bad there weren't any veggies handy. What they say about planning is really true. :)
